By participating in The SPtv Recognition of Achievements, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Voting is available online at

A standard voting/nomination method in which voters can vote/nominate for, or approve of, one candidate. Each candidate approved receives one vote and the candidate with the most votes wins. The winner need not garner a majority of the votes.

To nominate or vote you must be a real person, over the age of 18 years old, not using any automated system to gain votes, and you must register to our online voting system.

A single individual/service/Church or centre can nominate themselves under any one category after completing the online candidate section, and then approved by our administration team – this can take up to two days to be approved.

Voting end time and date including the live ceremony may be subject to change without notice.

SPtv reserves the right to cancel or suspend voting at any time. The eligibility of any vote is at the sole discretion of SPtv.

Voter and Nominees agree you have not paid or received any payment to vote or nominate an individual, service or venue (Church, Centre, shop etc). Any monetary gain will be classed as fraudulent, and the nominee and voters will be disqualified and removed from the poll.

SPtv reserves the right to disqualify votes if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that fraudulent voting has occurred or if it considers there has been any attempt to rig the voting or nominations.

SPtv, its admin, producers or any other team member cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any technical failure or malfunction or any other problem with the internet connectivity or line, system, server, provider or otherwise which may result in any vote being lost or not properly registered or recorded.

SPtv decision in relation to all matters affecting the Vote is final.

In the event of a dispute or tie or if for any other reason SPtv deems it necessary or appropriate, SPtv reserves the right to make the final determination as to which of the nominees will be declared the winner of the recognition.

Lifetime Achievement

Voters can nominate candidates but please note this is a separate recognition award and the producer of SPtv will research and will have the final say as to whom wins. The public vote is void for this achievement.
